All food and beverage sales are final unless determined otherwise by ownership or management.
RETURN POLICY FOR THE BURGER GARAGE MERCHANDISE (CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES) PURCHASED ONLINE:
We will be happy to make an exchange or credit the credit card account used for any clothing or accessory items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned and received by The Burger Garage within 14 days of the shipping date un-used and in perfect condition with original packaging. We cannot accept any return of USED items.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.
Ship pre-paid and insured for the price of the product via a trackable carrier. (protects you in case the items are lost in transit.) Defective merchandise must be returned as per instructions on invoice you received with your order. We will not accept any returns for defective merchandise at the The Burger Garage restaurant's physical store.
If an item you ordered does not fit, please email us at email@example.com to notify us of your return & to obtain a return authorization number. THIS IS REQUIRED. No returns/exchanges will be processed without this return authorization number. Clearly label your package with your return authorization number.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
